Always very professional

Such a relief to speak to someone who completely ‘got’ it, I felt understood and seen. And very reassured by Katy’s expertise, knowledge and advice. HRT suddenly feels exciting and full of comfort rather than being a scary thing…

All correspondence was online but I was frustrated when I called the number at the end of my appointment email I only the option to amend ot cancel my appointment which did not answer my questions. Karen was amazingly helpful though.

Emma is such a warm person. She put me instantly at ease. It’s like sitting down with a bestie over coffee having a good old chat. Her professionalism, extensive knowledge & confidence is awesome. It’s very reassuring to know your in good hands. The treatment itself only takes around 15 mins. The results are fantastic. I’m in my 70s & my bits now feel healthy, plumper, juicer & much tighter. No more getting up 3-4times a night to pee. So come on ladies don’t feel shy, the treatment is so worth it. I’ve shared with all my friends the benefits that could be achieved ome
