My appointment was a virtual one with a nurse. I would have preferred to attend my local clinic in person. The information I was given regarding the menopause was all information I knew already through research but it was good to know that all my symptoms were classic and that I’m not alone.

Overall it was a very thorough explanation and the procedure was as had been explained. I was slightly surprised to see the smoke during the procedure, I didn’t expect that and would probably been alarmed if I’d been told beforehand! Perhaps I was but it didn’t register! Gaynor was very professional, reassuring and friendly and I would recommend her highly.
