Jill was lovely.

My appointment was 2 days ago for my first Nu-V treatment. Postcode didn’t take me to the location and I struggled to find the building. I would suggest further information or a simple map of the business park with the appointment confirmation email. On my arrival at the clinic, there was no one on the reception desk and no one greeted me (I could hear 2 people who I assumed were staff having a personal conversation from an open door – not my practitioner). I felt a little awkward. After a few minutes my practitioner came out of the treatment room. Everything else went smoothly. The treatment itself was a little uncomfortable, but not painful. After a couple of hours, the mild stinging I felt had gone and by the following day, so had any tenderness. I didn’t experience any pain. Karen put me at ease and was very approachable. It’s too early to say if there has been any improvement so far, but I have my second appointment booked already.

Paula was so lovely so i hate to say this but my arm from the blood test looked awful and still does 24 hours later. Its so sore and bruised. Its quite concerning as ive have other blood tests previously that have not left a mark ..this one looks terrible and swollen. im sure it will go down absolutely fine but i thought it worth mentioning.
