I cannot praise Keran enough. She was very understanding. Explained everything perfectly. Lovely, lovely lady. Explanation of procedure was great. Unfortunately I could not go ahead with, but Keran did explain why and that she would contact her manager and between us try and work out a plan going forward. Am looking forward to seeing Keran again.

The service and treatment and success of results were life changing has made such a difference and my nurse made me feel so relaxed at all times thank you Ellen.
