Katy was really wonderful! I felt at ease with her and I also felt she deeply understood my issues. ?

My consultation was virtual, so the star rating for the reception staff waiting room or anything related to the actual clinic is fictional as I did not want to leave no stars as it would skew the overall score. That said everything else was friendly, approachable and professional. Katy made me feel completely at ease and that I mattered. Xx

I found the appointment very supportive. I was apprehensive about booking the appointment initially but my concerns were soon put to rest. I appreciated the care provided and would highly recommend.

Katy is lovely, very kind and patient. She has a very calm, gentle demeanour that immediately puts you at ease. She explains everything thoroughly and you do not feel rushed at all, that she is genuinely interested and thrives to help. Would 100% recommend any female that is struggling with menopausal issues and not receiving help or answers to make an appointment.
