It was quite difficult to get through to book an appointment. I had to try at least three times, but once through to Rosalind no problem at all. The no rush approach works well for putting one at ease and establishing a relationship with the practitioner. It made the whole experience a pleasant one, well almost!

The service from Delia was great however, to make the procedure more comfortable I needed to tilt my hips/cervix – Unfortunately, the bed does not allow for this, so I had to make fists and put them under my bum. Definitely not Delia’s fault but I do feel that as this is a women’s clinic and we come in all shapes and sizes the equipment (bed) should be able to accommodate all eventualities.

Service and care without faults at all. The only thing would be helpful if service was available on weekends too. Apart from that, the rest is perfect.
