Katie has always been in communication re booking my consultation, but not over powering. I felt at ease when explaining all my symptoms, at no point did I feel like I was being rushed. The advise given was & will be taken on board. Look forward to beginning my new venture with HRT.

Katy is warm, friendly and professional. Highly recommend to all of my friends.

I cannot praise Keran enough. She was very understanding. Explained everything perfectly. Lovely, lovely lady. Explanation of procedure was great. Unfortunately I could not go ahead with, but Keran did explain why and that she would contact her manager and between us try and work out a plan going forward. Am looking forward to seeing Keran again.
