Gaynor was great – as she was in my previous appointment – very knowledgable about the procedure and reassuring. The only reason I gave 2* for the facilities was because I’m afraid the ladies toilets were really unsanitary – there was toilet roll strewn all over the place; the toilet hadn’t been flushed, the sink didn’t look as if it had been cleaned all day, and the floor was covered in water. I’m only leaving this comment as constructive criticism, just so you are aware, so the problem doesn’t continue to be overlooked.

A morning appointment would be useful
