TOTALLY RECOMMEND Had my first round of Nu-v treatment recently, needless to say I was quite nervous and felt slightly anxious at the prospect of bearing my lady bits! I was instantly made to feel completely at ease by the personable, extremely knowledgeable nurses – even managed to have a giggle, I wish all my healthcare experoences were this professional, relaxed and attentive! Reception did not know anything about my booking, they thought I was in the wrong place, eventually told me to go upstairs. When I got upstairs there was no waiting room just one chair that was already occupied, I didn’t know if I was in the right place, I sat on the stairs for 15 mins until the nurse came out! I could hear everything that was being said privately. Not the experience I would expect from a private appointment.
