Difficult to get hold of people at the actual branch – have to go through Head Office. After NuV treatment which is very uncomfortable, a comfy chair rather than the plastic hard chairs would be nice and a drink should be offered to you after before you leave the building as it makes you feel a little queezy afterwards.
