Delia was exceptionally very good and welcoming, very understanding and carried out the procedure with thorough understanding of the patients welfare.Every thing was on time and pre appointment communication the day before was very clear as to finding the place and discussing any other health issues plus demonstrated lot of empathy throughout the conversation. Unfortunately the treatment wasn’t appropriate for me due to a past operation and scarring. The practitioner Keran was professional, kind and considerate throughout my appointment. Keran consulted with her colleague after my appointment to ensure the treatment wasn’t appropriate.
