Patient journey from start to finish brilliant Spoke to Ros on a Friday to make appt. I was given the earliest date available which was around 2 weeks. Luckily a cancellation came through and I was offered an appt for the following Monday. Thankyou Ros. Emma is so friendly. She puts you totally at ease. She is warm, funny & totally professional. The treatment was a little uncomfortable, but tolerable. By the time its registered in your head to go Ow! the treatment is finished. It was that quick . I would recommend to any of my friends, who are debating should they have it done, to to just do it.
