Getting hold of someone at Brighton clinic is difficult. Call kept getting diverted to a different clinic I had a video conference appointment, but the link didn’t work and I could not get hold of anyone and nearly missed my appointment.

From the first time I made contact I felt in safe hands. Rosalind talked me through the process and was sympathetic, understanding and knowledgeable. She took me through what would happen next in detail. Jennifer Sing was brilliant and any worries or fears I had prior to the consultation were soon allayed. I am now, for the first time in far too long looking forward to the future alongside the menopause and not with it defining my life.
