My nurse, Gaynor, was incredible. Very professional, warm and made me feel at ease. At all times, I felt very comfortable and respected. She went above and beyond and was very caring, friendly and genuinely lovely. It was very positive for me. My questions were answered and at no point did I feel embarrassed. The procedure was a little uncomfortable but my nurse was so supportive throughout the procedure and checked in on me constantly which made things easier. It’s too soon for me to say whether it worked as I only had the procedure a few days ago but I can honestly say that the customer service was 10 out of 10. No, it was 15 out of 10. The facility was lovely, clean and really nice. Very welcoming.
