Katy has literally saved me! My marriage was struggling and life seemed so very difficult. I had no idea the menopause could create such havoc in a person’s life. I was, unknowingly, suffering symptoms I did not associate with the menopause. It’s taken some time but I now feel great and I have my life back, a smile on my face and much positivity for the future!

I want to say thank you for making me feel seen, I feel hopeful once again and that’s priceless.

I am so impressed the entire experience I’ve had so far and have been telling everyone about it. I feel like I hit the jackpot. Amanda was fabulous and so helpful, and I felt like I was/will be in great hands with Katy.
