Jessica fully informed me of the procedure and what i would happen both during and after. After being nervous initially I felt completely as ease within a couple of minutes.

I felt that my practionner listen to my concerns and did not rush me.

It would be a good idea to have a screen that ladies can undress behind and somewhere to put their clothes. It would be less embarrassing. Also could you provide a map with areas where you can park. The many stairs may be a problem for some ladies. This fact is not mentioned when booking an appointment. Overall I was very satisfied with my treatment and Hannah was lovely.
