Just over 3 weeks now and I am delighted with my facial radio frequency treatment which I chose to have to help tighten my skin for a much fresher look. I had recently been very conscious, having turned 50 this year, that my facial skin was sagging, noticeably around my jaw line. The results of my treatment have addressed exactly what I was after, with the skin around my jaw lifted and so much firmer. As with many aesthetic treatments it is hard in advance to know what to expect with regards the treatment itself and the expected results. Emma put me at ease immediately with her knowledge, experience, explanations and guidance to ensure I was happy with my consultation and decision to proceed. The treatment was a touch uncomfortable in places, however I felt fine with this and the results were certainly worth it. Emma’s professionalism and care throughout the treatment ensured I was relaxed and comfortable at all times. Visible benefits were noticeable very quickly and very evident within the first week. I had a little redness and a tiny bit of swelling immediately after, which had subsided in a couple of days. Nothing at all that prevented me form being out and about as usual. Emma’s after care was lovely, with contact the day after and a few days later to ensure all was fine and I was happy with the treatment and the results. I would certainly recommend having radio frequency, and also recommend Emma and the Genesis Clinic, and look forward to the on-going benefits of my treatment which is continuing to improve and freshen my appearance. In the email asking me for this review it says I had the treatment on 15th Dec, but I had it 2 weeks ago and the appointment on the 15th was my follow up appointment. Just thought I would be clear about that.

So, I bought this DNA facelift on recommendation from a friend who had it, and she does look good. I was a bit nervous to begin with, it all being very new, but the lady who treated me was very professional and went into great depth about the treatment. She obviously knows what she is talking about and all anxieties vanished. I have to say that no stone was left unturned and Emma made sure that we covered all aspects of the treatment and science behind it. I was very impressed with the accuracy of my DNA prescription and I learned more about my skin in that one day than I have ever known, including not to use some of the products I have been using. The service was very professional and thorough.. I sent my DNA swab back a few weeks ago and then my appointment was made. When I arrived Emma handed me a box containing specially formulated serums that are matched to my DNA prescription. I had the treatment and loved it, I felt my skin tighten and the results were there to see. Emma told me that she expects to see an improvement and 2 weeks later my skin age had dropped by nearly 3.2 years, I looked good, felt good and the take home pack I received is definitely more effective than anything I have bought off the shelf. I enjoyed the infused mask, I could almost feel my skin absorbing all of the goodness in the serum, which is what is supposed to happen. It’s a bit pricey, ( I haggled and got 100 quid off) but when you compare it with botox and fillers over 2-3 years, it makes sense, and it looks natural, my face is not frozen in time or cat like. Yep, I love it and recommend it.

I would highly recommend Genesis Clinic, from the start they were professional & very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble & all my questions were answered without hesitation. During my treatment I always felt comfortable & was always completely aware of each stage of the process. After care (if wanted/needed) was also impeccable. People are very friendly. The results have been amazing & I will most definitely be having further treatments, I feel like a new woman & my confidence has grown all thanks to Genesis :). The service was excellent, the Nurse who did my treatment, Emma, was professional and explained everything in detail. Quite a few forms to fill in, but only once, don’t need to do it again I am told. (which is good) One comment, not a criticism, it was all very clinical, but I did feel in safe hands.. The first bit was only slightly uncomfortable, but the second part made up for it. I could see the difference straight away, but much better after a few weeks, neck is tight and the area around my eyes is wrinkle free. My skin is definitely much better and a few friends have mentioned how healthy I look, so yes, I would recommend this treatment and I will be going back when time inevitably catches up
