I went with a friend that was suffering in a similar way. The practitioner made me feel at ease with the joint briefing. The treatment was a little uncomfortable but very bearable . I had bad period type pains and cramps for two days but took paracetamol as suggested by practitioner and rested. I’m sure I can already feel a change . I can wait for the future weeks and my next treatment.
