Guin was my first point of contact via a telephone call. She was very informative making me feel I was taking the right route. Karen is the Menopause Nurse who completed my assessment via a video call. Karen was also very informative around the menopause and it’s symptoms along with the type of HRT she was to prescribe. Karen was very understanding and listened to me regarding my symptoms putting my mind at ease for the first time. In my eyes paying to go private is a much quicker and easier path to take as you’re seen as an individual and the nurses have more time to listen. I feel a 10 minute GP appointment wouldn’t have put me at ease quite as much, as I had lots of questions which were answered. Thank you ladies for being So Lovely and understanding. I would Definitely (and have already) spread the word in regard to this team.

I have appointments via video link, Jayne my practitioner nurse is outstanding, very informative and reassuring! Would highly recommend.
