I arrived early and was told to sit at the end of the corridor which I did. My appointment time came and went. I went back to reception and challenged why I was waiting. They said staff were most probably seeing other patients. I was called in 15 mins after my due set time of 12.30. Gaynor has not been informed I was waiting outside.
