This was a virtual appt so the ratings of facilities and reception staff are n/a. I booked this appt online, however, I did initially phone and speak to reception who took my details and said someone would call be back, but they never did so I subsequently booked online. My appt with Karen was very heartening and she gave me confidence that my symptoms could be alleviated. Suffering with anxiety is a scary, lonely and isolating experience which is difficult to explain to family and friends. Karen seemed to understand, she picked out significant impacts almost immediately, promised me we could get this matter resolved and I believed her.

Very individualised service and time given to unpicking the situation to advise on next steps and get the most out of HRT which will make it more effective longterm.
