Excellent service, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Women’s Health Clinic and in particular Katy. Communication/contact from the clinic itself and Katy is rapid and exactly as promised and very efficient installing confidence in the service as a whole. Katy is very professional in her approach but immediately puts you at ease and you are able to discuss all issues surrounding menopause without any embarrassment or discomfort.

Great service that I recommend to friends

Last year on my feedback I mentioned that having the clinic on a 3rd floor without a lift is unacceptable. Your patients will largely be older and have difficulties in doing the stairs. An incontinence clinic should be on a ground floor or accessible by lift. As the treatment works I would like to stay coming to Hove for my treatment. Also, your chair is very uncomfortable and a gynae chair with stirrups would be more suitable. As the charges are very high I think that this would be the minimum you could sort.
