Keran was friendly and kind and her explanations were exactly what i needed. She is a lovely lady and clearly adores her job. I would recommend her to everyone!

I had an excellent experience with my nurse. She was clear patient and understanding. She answered all my questions and listened with empathy to my concerns. The procedure went well and my nurse talked me through what she was doing the entire time. I am so glad I found this service. I will shout praises front the rooftop!

Professional all round.

Kate is very understanding and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and is easy to talk to. However the appointment was 25 mins late and I was only spoken to after 20 mins to say it would be another 5 mins. For someone with anxiety this is not ideal, I almost left without seeing Kate.

I had a Zoom call and follow-up appointment with Katy Draper. She was wonderful: I felt I was talking to an experienced expert about the menopause. She inspired confidence and it felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders to be able to talk to her so openly about things that are sometimes difficult to broach with a “Consultant Gynaecologist”. I only wish she were able to recommend a good private endometriosis surgeon, as Google is a minefield. But I fully understand why she is unable to do so. The only other thing I would feedback is that it would be nicer to be able to ring up and speak to a receptionist who works in the same city as the person I was trying to reach. The receptionist had a strong accent (so hard to understand at times), however I was contacted back very promptly after my call. So just a small thing really. Many thanks, I will be back for HRT after I have my laparoscopy! And I already recommend you to all my clients (I am a reflexologist) and friends.
