Terrible experience just getting an appointment is a nightmare have been given times either not called or cancelled

TWHC has given me my life back! I’ve been seeing Jayne and Katy, ably organized by Amanda, for 12 months now. They’ve trialled and tailored my treatment to my needs, taken time to listen and understand, made helpful lifestyle suggestions such as pilates, and just been brilliant. My family and friends are pretty grateful too.

Do not see Dr. Haque – waited for blood test results for 9 working days, still without a response. Does not seem to care for the wellness of her patients.

I travelled from just outside of Valencia (city) for my appointment. Although I set off at 10:00 on Friday, there had been an accident on the motorway which caused a long tailback of traffic and caused me to be 20/30 minutes late. I called the WHC to advise them of this whilst I was sat in traffic and they said they´d pass the message on to Cristina, the gynaecologist. But as I arrived in a rush to the clinic, Cristina was getting ready to leave as she hadn´t received my message. It was pure luck that I made it before she left and that she was kind enough to stay so I could have my appointment. Imagine if I´d travelled all that way and she had gone home though! I say this because I think there is a need for better communication between client, clinic and practitioner on the day of the appointment and in cases like this.

I have been coming here for several years and always had a really good professional experience. This appointment was no different. The practitioner handled the appointment with attentiveness and care.I hope to continue with the sessions.
