Could not ask for better service from this clinic, I am extremely impressed with all the staff I have dealt with and would really highly recommended this service to everyone.

Delia is just the most amazing practitioner. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, gentle and sympathetic. A wonderful asset to your team. Could you review your pre- procedure forms as they bear no relation whatsoever to my (and I assume many others’ condition). A N/A in the questionnaire would help.

My nurse was an absolute star. I have ‘shy veins’ and a habit of being a total wuss when it comes to having blood taken – hyperventilating and fainting in the past. But with Ellen? It was a breeze! She put me at ease and it was all over quickly and painlessly with limited ridiculous behaviour from me as a result.

Very nervous on my first visit, but need not have been. Emma puts you at ease immediately. Explains everything brilliantly and even though it was a 45min appointment it felt like it was over super quick.
