Katy was so lovely and helpful and her calming, welcoming and warm nature put me at ease immediately. Katy mentioned I would be receiving details regarding my options for further blood tests. I haven’t received these yet but am really keen to get things moving.

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, the practitioner did not call at the appointment time. I waited online/by phone for an hour and did not receive a phone call, text or email. I left 4 phone messages before someone called me back, 2 days later, and I was simply told she hadn’t been able to get through. Not by phone, text or email?? There were no missed calls or voicemails on my phone. Really disappointed and annoyed.

I was put at ease immediately. We had a long conversation about the procedure and sex in general. I was given a recommendation of lube that would benefit myself and hubby during our intimate moments (now ordered). The procedure was no worse than having a bikini wax and the practioner had started and nearly finished before I realized. Even though it’s only 24 hours since I had the procedure I feel the constant urge to go to the bathroom and empty my bladder is not there now. I have had several accidents but they have only been slight and not flooding. I look forward to more results!

Katy was really lovely and very knowledgeable, I felt like she really listened and understood. Would definitely recommend.

I was very happy with the treatment and pain level not as bad as I thought it might be. Bruising slightly this morning and first day but not significantly so. I will be phoning the clinic just to have a chat about it today.
