My whole experience from telephone consultation to visit was fantastic. I was explained how the process works in detail and it helped that both of the nurses had had the treatment themselves so could speak from personal experience. Rosalind (I think who I spoke to on the phone) and Gaynor were lovely and friendly and put me at ease. Gaynor explained everything she was doing at the time and very kind natured and friendly that made me feel less nervous. The treatment was over in no time at all.
