As I walked into the clinic, I was greeted by a very friendly, smiling receptionist. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and was seen on time. I had a wonderful experience. My practitioner was very informative, a good listener and very understanding. All in all it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend.

Rebecca explained the whole process to me very clearly and made me feel very comfortable to ask and discuss any questions I had. She carried out the procedure with the upmost care, explaining and checking my comfort level at each stage

Keran was as wonderful as ever. She is always lovely whenever I see her. She was running a bit late and couldn’t apologise enough. Although she was having a stressful day, she still had a smile on her face and remained very professional.

All was excellent. Only difficult is trying to get an appointment that fits around working hours.

I felt at ease and comfortable with the procedure and had confidence in the practitioner who was professional and approachable, and I was able to share any concerns and gain reassurance.
