This was such an easy process, from start to finish and I was so pleased with the high level of communication and service that I received. Thank you 🙂

I have always been very h…..
I have always been very happy with my service with Ros and Dr Singh I wasn’t so impressed with my blood tests visit. I was left with 2 bruised arms it was painful and I had advised I wasn’t great with blood too. I was advised it wasn’t what she was good at (the nurse) taking blood! very disconcerting also I asked questions she couldn’t answer. Not a good visit and a costly one and a day off work to do it. I wouldn’t go again. Reception staff weren’t very friendly or understanding.
