The waiting room was very basic and not very welcoming at all. My husband chose to wait in the car. We were unsure if we were in the correct place and the lady u asked was quite abrupt and told me to sit and wait. However my practitioner more than made up for this and I was instantly made to feel at ease. Everything was explained in enough detail. Thank you ? xx

Ive been so impressed with the customer service from start to finish. The whole journey has felt so helpful and supportive by every member of staff Ive spoken to. My treatment with Rebecca was above and beyond my expectations. She is so kind, lovely, supportive, knowledgeable and just wonderful. I highly recommend it all.

Not had an appointment at clinic so certain questions not applicable. Jill was very informative, did not make me feel uneasy and explained everything. I am due to go on holiday and as I’ve just been diagnosed with LS I am trying to come to terms with it. I will be in touch after my holiday.

Hi, I am more than happy with all aspects of the service I have received to date. Katy is an approachable, knowledgeable person that make you feel that you matter. I have had virtual appointments so rated telephone, reception and clinic elements the same as the rest as I am sure they are super.

Katy, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Katy explained everything in detail and understood all my symptons and anxieties. I am very happy with my consultation and treatment going forward. Thank you Kate.

I was so nervous about meeting Katie,, I really thought she would feel as if I was wasting her time. But Katie really put me at ease and reassured me everything I was feeling and going through is normal at this time of life. Im hoping once I start the treatment I will start to feel normal again. I would recommend anyone going through the menopause to talk to Katie.
