was made to feel really comfortable from start to finish…the practictioner emma soos chats with you and makes you feel your talking to a friend and not someone clinical so this made the whole experience better…i had the treatment for poor lubrication and pain during intercourse which the treatment helped with tremendously also the bonus of tightning the pelvic floor muscles.. the treatment has helped me considerabley for painfull intercourse and poor lubrication and a bonus stronger pelvic floor..thankyou

I had a baby in December 2016 age 37. I had a natural birth but did need an episiotomy. After this I noticed that I leaked urine when coughing, sneezing or exercising. I saw my GP and she referred me for pelvic floor physio. Although my physio said that there had been improvements in my tone the incontinence did not resolve. My friend had the nuv treatment and she recommended the women’s health clinic to me. I contacted them in Jan 2020 and I booked in for my first treatment, I paid £1000 for a course of 3 that should have been 6 weeks apart. I had my first treatment in Jan at the Wolverhampton clinic (with the older machine) I think the nurse was called Linda, the treatment was a little uncomfortable but not painful, I had no after effects. I noticed after this treatment I had no change at all in symptoms, my friend suggested I see Emma, who is the company director. I booked my 2nd appt in Leicester with Emma, 6 weeks after my first. This treatment was with a different newer version of the machine. Again treatment was a little uncomfortable and after this treatment I did have a burning sensation down below for a few hours. Again I noticed no change In Symptoms following this treatment. My 3rd treatment was late due to covid, I had it in July, treatment was again with Emma, similar experience to the 2nd, again no improvement In Symptoms. Rosalind contacted me following my 90 day review where I stated I’d had no change in symptoms on the review form, to ask me to come In and see Emma for a face to face review. This was in November and I went to the Manchester clinic. I explained that my symptoms were still the same and I was still leaking urine when coughing, sneezing or exercising. Emma then gave me a 4th treatment. Again same as the other 2 and again no change in symptoms. It’s such a shame that the treatment did not work for me Emma is lovely and really wants to help having experienced incontinence problems herself.. As detailed in review sadly didn’t work for me.
