I was made to feel at ease, which was very important to me. I did have a wait of 30 mins which could have Ben conveyed through the Pall Mall Medical receptionist possibly. Not an issue to me but possibly could have been to someone else.

I didnât have to wait long, Emma was really nice and friendly and explained the procedure to me and what to expect and she made me feel at ease, also told me what to expect.

Gaynor explained everything before the procedure and was very gentle and caring throughout – I felt very comfortable with her . I am very pleased with the results of my Nu-V treatment .

Nicola was absolutely amazing. Such a lovely person, she made me feel very relaxed and felt no embarrassment. She explained everything to me before, during and after the procedure.
