I just found it a bit difficult to arrange an appointment, I had made a mistake and was left sitting in reception for 40 minutes before anyone realised I had come the wrong week.. I did not go ahead with this, it seemed too terrifying

Deborah was very a welcoming woman.she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I can feel a small different ,maybe I need a few more sessions before I’m totally satisfied

I was made to feel at ease immediately and it was like a breath of fresh air to speak to people that understood how I felt. Had excellent results after only one treatment, and was amazed yet again after my second. Painless too! I Feel like I have my life back again, I can’t recommend this treatment highly enough. Worth every penny. Going back soon for my third treatment and can’t thank the ladies at the clinic enough!. Amazed by the results, couldn’t be happier.

Friendly nurses who put you at ease. Professional approach.. Extremely effective at reducing urine leakage. I no longer have to wear protection on a daily basis and can even sneeze without leaking. I would wear protection if I developed a bad cough or cold ‘just in case’ I think coughing slightly more problematic. I have yet to go for a run.

On one occasion the spatula was not cooled sufficiently when inserted so a learning point here as if this had been on the 1st occasion the client may have thought the discomfort was a normal part of the treatment and not said anything.

I am happy the investment was worthwhile and effective and with limited other options available think this treatment needs consideration as an nhs treatment as urine leakage has such an impact on women’s health and well being. I would be happy to be involved in any medical trials relating to this treatment being resourced by the NHS.

Very friendly nurse, 5 stars for that. Unfortunately Nu-V didn’t do much for me. Paid nearly ¬£1000 for three sessions and I’m still left with a problem :-(. I’m a few months after my third session and don’t see much improvement.

It was a terrible experience. The ‘treatment’ not only does not work, but I would go so far as to say it’s wrong for a woman to have it done to her body. Because of the pain afterwards I felt that there must have been some effect but it was a storm in a teacup and once my body had healed from the trauma I’d put it through there was no improvement whatsoever. It’s a sham and I would say to any woman considering this treatment, go to see your GP and ask them would they would suggest rather than pay £500 for nothing in the hope of a quick fix.. A complete waste of money

Informative and friendly, almost pain free experience. Better than visiting local GP!. Pain free experience, a little hot but do-able by any means. Only had one session so far, but would go again to get full benefits
