Emma who did the treatment was very professional, put me at ease and very efficient. She was very thorough in her explanation and gentle while treating. I would recommend the treatment to anyone who has vulval, vaginal or urine symptoms.. Treatment outcome is excellent.

Treatment is short outpatient procedure and by very experienced and professional person.

Had an appt but waited for over an hour and a half . This was a totally different experience to the twice I had been to Halifax clinic the nurse took double the time in administering the laser it was much more painful than the other times.

Overall very tight after for the first 6 weeks after this it has returned to normal. I have had three goes I’m glad I had it done to try but wouldn’t have it again.

Excellent service. Kind, knowledgeable and professional. I did a lot of research and purposefully chose to be seen by qualified nurses.. I read about various treatments to make sure I was as fully informed as i could be before making my choice. The reason i chose N-Vu was due the experience and innovative work of the nurses involved who truly understand womens concerns and have the experience to advise and treat. An amazing treatment. Be patient for your final results and a course of treatment is worth it.

Was very professional.. As yet my floating cervix has not returned to where it should be. I am doing Pelvic floor excercises to strengthen the muscles. The vagina feels healthy. I will continue for a while. If any problems I will let you know.

The nurse who treated me was friendly, efficient and professional. The treatment has lead to some improvement but I was hoping for greater benefits

The procedure is so quick and they managed the whole process with great empathy and professionalism. The costs were very competitive too! Would highly recommend.. It worked for me. Good value for money

All the people I met were very informative and friendly so my score is for the people but the laser treatment did not work for me, I wish I could say that it did.. I’m sorry to say but the treatment did not work for me at all

I thought long and hard about going ahead with NuV treatment, but being desperate I was willing to take the risk. So being sceptical I went ahead without telling anyone as I didn’t want to be embarrassed about wasting money.

All I can say is if you can afford it, do it! Before I had to wear incontinence pads every day and thick ones if I was going out for a walk, exercise was out of the question. Now after having one treatment I don’t wear pads at all, I can exercise without pads too. Still can’t believe how well such a simple treatment has worked, it’s changed my life. I will be having the other two treatment but to be perfectly honest I could stop at the one and I would be happy with the results.

Pain free it wasn’t, but well worth 15 minutes of discomfort. I went to Manchester and was made to feel very comfortable and not rushed, the nurse had plenty of time for any questions and was very helpful. I would give 10 stars if available..
