Mislead from the beginning. Staff are not truthful and evasive with answers. Complained and was ignored. Not worth the money.. Don’t waste your money especially on the one treatment. Doesn’t work

I have to wait at the reception of the walk in GP for quite a while with no one come over to tell me what happen ? Until I design to puck up the courage and ask the reception for a second time about my appointment. But the ladies to perform the treatment were really good.. I had this done for a while but can’t really feel the different.

Fabulous service but unfortunatly didnt do much for me. Nurse was great lovely to speak to. Had two treatments now. Maybe a third will do the trick.. Was expecting a little more, had two treatments. Maybe a third would help more. Or a course for a few more.

the service here has been outstanding, I have had Nurse Gaynor and Jenny, both of them have been understanding and supportive. they have both given me advice and I have been very comfortable telling them very personal and taking on their advice. Sensitive treatment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will go out of their way to make you feel at ease. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Nu V has made a vast difference to my life. They have brought Nu V to the ordinary woman in the street.. Finally a treatment that works and improves lives. My urgency is vastly improved I am no longer getting up 6 or 7 times a night. I get up once or twice. Sneezing, coughing and laughing are not a problem. I have dropped pad usage from at its worst 7 and now only one or two a day. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from stress or urge incontinence. It has also improved my sex life for my husband and myself.

Not been able to speak to anyone as yet.. Had the laser done twice- disappointmented on the labia results which is why I had my second treatment. No results
