This was my second visit and course of treatment. So this time I knew what to expect and where to go. I was not aware the first time that the building is shared with other practitioners but the receptionist was able to direct me where to go. Everything went according to plan and on time. There does not seem to be much of a waiting area, just a small chair at the bottom of the stairs leading the the treatment room. But this is just the nature of the building. At the end of the day what counts is the service provided and friendliness and professionalism of the staff which is what matters. There was a little discomfort during the treatment which I expected but the benefits I have experienced so far make it all worthwhile.
