I was disappointed at how generic this appointment was. It didn’t feel personal to me or my specific needs. The nurse spent a lot of time telling me things I already knew and had researched and implemented myself about lifestyle changes. I had already filled in a questionnaire about this so she knew in advance I didn’t need this information but gave it anyway. Very little time was given to talking about my mood which was the reason I made the appointment. The summary I was emailed was also very generic and not personalised to me. I had to spend a lot of money on this appointment and was expecting a much more personalised approach. I feel quite let down by the experience.

Overall a great experience. The canary wharf site needs some signage outside, Google maps doesn’t bring you to the correct place and the building is listed as a chiropractor. Both myself and another lady I arrived with had been walking around in circles. The staff and service however I cannot fault.

I had vaginal laser rejuvenation, very quick and relatively painless, only slight discomfort on the outer, has not put me off though I have booked for my next treatment.

Keran put me at ease straight away, she was empathetic & professional. I felt a stinging sensation during treatment but it was manageable. The following day the area is a little tender but not painful.

My Nurse Practitioner was absolutely excellent and professional in every way. She was informative about the treatment; offering pertinent advice to me. She respected my dignity and informed me every step of the way of the treatment. I would highly recommend Emma, she is incredibly competent and very kind, which cannot be underrated.

Simply a personal preference in an ideal world there’d be some natural light (from a high window or one with slatted blinds (obviously for privacy). The lighting (Harley St) is harsh for a patient with sensitive eyes and there is no natural light whatsoever. I’ve had 6 procedures in all over the years. Only two have resulted in loss of plasma. But I’d never experienced it with any other ‘injury’ and I think it should be mentioned on your After Care. Plus, time of when a patient can have a bath after procedure is confusing. (Private bath not hot tub!).
