Great service which more women should know about. Very happy with treatment. Thurmaston does not have a reception hence the poor rating and it is not obvious where the clinic is. Better signage would help.

I was left waiting as the receptionist didnt let them know I had arrived but other than that perfect 3rd visit

Gaynor was lovely and explained things really well. I was very grateful for her calm demeanour.

Katy was brilliant, so kind and friendly and really knowledgeable. I am so glad that I found her as it’s practically impossible to get menopause care and support in Spain. She really explained things to me and helped me to understand my symptoms. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and wish all my friends in England could see her!!

I wa unable to book an appointment as no availability so I am still waiting to be contacted with some available dates.I can only comment on the telephone consultation as I have not experienced the other services as yet.
