My practitioner Delia was very professional with a caring, well informed & reassuring attitude. She certainly put me at ease & explained everything so I can make an informed choice on the treatment. An absolute gem. Thankyou.

The external laser procedure was excruciatingly painful. After the first appointment, the practitioner agreed to apply a numbing cream prior to the second procedure. This was carried out but I am not sure there was enough time within the appointment session for the cream to become fully effective (the procedure was still excruciatingly painful). I think it would be really beneficial if a numbing cream could be provided prior to the appointment such that this can be applied at home to allow enough time for the cream to become effective. Alternatively, and preferably, some entonox please! The procedure is extremely painful and I would be happy to pay a little more to have a less traumatic experience. The procedure has been effective for me but I am not sure if I can tolerate the pain going forward with future procedures. Please consider my request. I would be happy to discuss further.

I was very happy with the treatment which was once again delivered with care, kindness and expertise by Delia. She made sure that I was comfortable at all times and answered my questions knowledgeably. The only criticism I have of the service is that when ringing the 0800 number to make an appointment I was once again told that someone would have to ring me back. This is not always convenient because of the personal nature of the call so if this is absolutely necessary then a telephone appointment time should be sent so that I know when to expect the call. It also took from Friday until the following Tuesday for me to get a call back which seemed a long time when I only wanted to make an appointment and did not need to speak to a specialist nurse. I am happy for you to use my comments publicly provided that I cannot be identified.
