Paula was excellent expla..
Paula was excellent explaining procedure. However I found that the treatment was extremely painful. I was expecting some discomfort but was unprepared for the pain. I am anxious about any more treatment.

It was very difficult to ..
It was very difficult to ring my nurse when I realised I had got appointment time wrong. Suggest provide a direct line number. Nurse was very helpful about me muddling time up and she was generally caring throughout the appointment. I would like a clinic nearer to Helston TR13 as it is a 2.5hr journey to Exeter and clinics only run on limited days. The treatment was quite painful which I was not prepared for. Suggest looking at medical options to help patents deal with this as I was quite traumatised during and after for the evening and had a long drive back home. I am now waiting to see what results are and hopefully all worth it?.
