Keran my practitioner in Birmingham clinic has done my past 2 treatments and has been lovely. She has explained everything really well and was great. I feel the clinics are impossible to get hold of when trying to book or rearrange an appointment. And after travelling an hour to get to the Birmingham clinic it would have been nice if there was tea or coffee available to make or buy

Jayne was fantastic. Clear information and explanations. Empathic and confident. Used our 45 minutes really well and I was completely satisfied with our agreed plan at the end. She’s also motivated me to make necessary changes. I will definitely book a call with Jayne again. 😊
