I founded the confirmation SMS very confusing. It said I will have a pre screening call what turned out to be applied only a different appointment. It was my first encounter and it would have been nice to get a clear info. Another thing: the address is very hard to find. No signs points to the Clininc but every sign to the dentist. Just say that it is the same as the dentist’s office to help the first time customers. It is stressy appointment to start with, nobody needs extra stress factors. Otherwise the consultation was great. My greatest disappointment is that it takes ages to receive the prescription. Why? It is not a cheap service…. It is great to have a service but it could be done better. Thank you

I make appointments via email, I have never telephoned but the system wont let me leave blank, hense the one star.
