Because of the regulations, I did not have contact with the reception staff not the waiting area.

Gina was a wonderful and kind lady. She really put me at ease. She also had lots of helpful information to improve the pelvic floor. I cannot rate her highly enough.

Gina was absolutely wonderful, made me feel very welcome and at ease from the beginning. Was very thorough and considerate throughout procedure. Looking forward to seeing the results. Would recommend.
