Excellent service. I was met by helpful and friendly staff. I felt quite comfortable during the procedure done by very professional, well trained midwife.. Good results so far. Feel much better even two weeks after the first procedure.

I was made to feel at ease and taken through every step of the pressure and was able to ask any questions. The procedure was only 10 and I felt I was listened to and was given the nurses number for after care and if I needed to ask any questions. The procedure took around 10 mins and I was talked through it step by step and put at ease . It was a little uncomfortable but over quickly.

Nurse Gaynor was lovely, she put me at ease straight away.

Booking system needs more than one person or an online system, like my hairdresser and beautician, where you don’t have to wait a week for a response, for an appointment.. Not sure it’s made a difference yet.
