Great customer service, excellent communication and friendly and helpful face to face contact. Put me at ease from the moment I arrived.. Great value worked just as explained…more people need to know about this procedure it’s amazing.

I thought the whole process from my intial enquiry, to the procedure was just effortless. I wasn’t expecting a miracle. I’m middle-aged with the body to match. I was told on two seperate occasions that I would be ‘pleasantly surprised’ by the finished result. I’m not. I think there’s been a slight improvement, but I am disappointed. I will be having another treatment and hopefully that will build upon the first session of laser treatment. Which by the way was pretty painless.

This service is incredible from very caring health professionals who LISTEN. I am very impressed with how they have helped me and I will definitely use them again.. There has been a marked improvement in my urge and stress incontinence. I no longer get up 6 times a night to go to the loo. I will go once, sometimes twice and sometimes not at all. Pad usage has dropped from 7 to 3 sometimes 2, sometimes 1. I no longer worry about sneezing, coughing or laughing unless I have a very full bladder. My pelvic muscle tone has improved, the laxity in my vagina decreased and it has made a difference sexually. Very pleased with the procedure. I will have periodic top ups as and when needed. A brilliant service.

This does not work… How could it ?? It took 10 minutes for the treatment. Then they wanted another appointment for more money. The way it is advertised you definitely expect results. If you want to throw money away then do this. No difference was noticed at any point.. This procedure does not work – it is absolutely a scam. How could you even advertise this service?? What could I expect with a 10-minute procedure? This is incredible how the medical community can get away with fooling people with these type of treatment and there is no regulation from the government to permit this type of scam. The way it is advertised is offering a miracle. If you’re considering this treatment avoid at all cost because it is just throwing your money away – ¬£499 later.
