Delia was very professional and friendly. She explained everything to me very clearly and her bedside manner in calming my nerves was outstanding. A true credit to your company.

My nurse was very professional throughout the assessment and she informed me about the procedure and even had photo ready to show me how it looked before and after the procedure is done

I have done this before.. Seems OK but have not tried it yet.
