My Nurse Practitioner was absolutely excellent and professional in every way. She was informative about the treatment; offering pertinent advice to me. She respected my dignity and informed me every step of the way of the treatment. I would highly recommend Emma, she is incredibly competent and very kind, which cannot be underrated.

Simply a personal preference in an ideal world there’d be some natural light (from a high window or one with slatted blinds (obviously for privacy). The lighting (Harley St) is harsh for a patient with sensitive eyes and there is no natural light whatsoever. I’ve had 6 procedures in all over the years. Only two have resulted in loss of plasma. But I’d never experienced it with any other ‘injury’ and I think it should be mentioned on your After Care. Plus, time of when a patient can have a bath after procedure is confusing. (Private bath not hot tub!).

Totally satisfied with every aspect of the service and the staff. Support staff are extremely helpful and Katy is professional, knowledgeable and really easy to talk to. Couldn’t be happier.

Initial phone consultation was informative & reassuring.Jill spoke to me respectfully & with empathy.Was unable to give 6 stars for level of satisfaction of facilities as have only seen online info so far.

I really cannot praise the two ladies enough. They were wonderful and very caring and really wanted to help with my problem.
