Really pleased with service, only downside is lack of appointments available at the Leeds clinic to book actual treatment

Wish you would open facilities near Southampton but apart from travelling and trying to find somewhere to park your service is really great thank you.

Had telephone appointment yesterday @4:45 with Karen Black I accidentally pressed the wrong button to answer and call was sent to my voicemail, tried to call to let Karen know what had happened left a message with receptionist , but received no call back would have expected a least another call from Karen or left a number that i could have called her back.
