An excellent service with knowledgeable nurses who put you completely at ease. They have a professional manner where everything is explained as you go along. They are gentle and caring and to be recommended.. This dealt with my stress incontinence completely. It tightened everything up and the bonus is sensitivity increases 100% and gives orgasms off the richter scale. Definitely rejuvenates everything!

Firstly, Ellen could not have been more pleasant, helpful and considerate for which I am grateful.

I visited the Brighton clinic, parking is very tricky Рallow an extra 20 minutes at least; and don’t visit during the heat of the summer because the room is unbearably hot.. The actual procedure is significantly more painful than I was led to believe. Even when taking paracetamol beforehand as recommended it really is very unpleasant indeed (I’m fairly sturdy and brave on the whole). The first time, I found the heat and stinging lasted for an hour or so afterwards (I drove home sitting on a bag of frozen peas) but for the subsequent two visits the discomfort was only really during the procedure and I was fine afterwards.

It’s the results I’m most disappointed with. It was made very clear to me that this doesn’t work for everyone, but it also looked like I was a good candidate and should see some decent results. Unfortunately, after 3 treatments I think I have seen a small improvement in stress incontinence, but very little indeed in regards to urge or laxity.

You are told that regular and careful pelvic floor exercises are a vital part of the process, I’ve actually always done these but definitely made more of an effort. I think sadly this just wasn’t the miracle I’d been hoping for.

I’m so glad i made the call, Katy has been incredible and I’ve fully put my trust in her with her knowledge, calming manner and actually listening to me and genuinely wanting to help. Thank you

I really feel at ease with all the ladies at the clinic. My silly nervousness goes away, everything is explained fully and my mind put at rest. Thanks girls x

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, the practitioner did not call at the appointment time, I waited online/by phone for an hour and did not receive a phone call, text or email. I left 4 phone messages before someone called me back, 2 days later, and I was simply told she hadn’t been able to get through. Not by phone, text or email??? Really disappointed and annoyed.

Finally, a place that explains everything fully. All the staff put my mind at ease and I feel listened to, understood and given sound advice from Katy. Lovely polite reception girl too 5*
