This is my second visit to the clinic. The staff are lovely and professional. The treatment worked brilliantly the first time, I am pleased with the results so far it’s been life changing.

Katy was absolutely lovely. I feel really well informed and confident to move forward.

Some of the automated emails have too much information. It seems to be a generic email and is a bit confusing. I have given 3 stars to questions that are not relevant to me. I have not visited the centre.

Gaynor was great, as always – really empathetic and knowledgable.

Jess is fantastic – she put any worries I had to rest and took me through the procedure feeling fully supported.
