Keran is lovely kind caring and chatty. Put me at great ease.

You book in at a very busy NHS building, queuing alongside NHS patients. I was then sent off into the unknown to find my own way through an old building, which finding your way through is not easy and no one to ask, and no signage. The worst was the steep stairs, which for me with a lung problem and arthritis was very difficult. Without a doubt it should state not disabled friendly. A seat at the bottom of two flights of stairs, however I had already climbed two flights there was a piece of paper stuck on the wall, telling you to sit there and someone would come for you. I was panicking and nervous I was shocked by the treatment room, small no where to change easily or privately just a very very old screen on castors. The bed was an old looking massage bed, really not what one expects for private gyni treatment, even the NHS have better, and then you have to sit at the bottom. As I write this I am annoyed I paid out my money for this appalling venue. The big positive was the nurse, she was excellent and although it hurt I felt safe in her hands. I want someone to ring me re this review as I write this I want the treatment but not at this venue. I dont think you will want to submit my review. You should be ashamed of this venue

Keran is a lovely lady, very gentle and communicated very well. She is very professional and I have already booked my next treatment with her. She made me feel at ease throughout and completely understood my condition and was very sympathetic. I did have difficulty finding the medical centre, so it would be helpful if in the directions it could be made clearer for new attendees. Thank you
