Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of the service I received.

Keran was lovely, calm and very reassuring. There was no reception staff at this clinic and I had to get directions from the surgery staff downstairs as the consultation room was not signposted. The reception area was a bit unloved.

The video link didn’t work but I had a phone consultation which was ok. I was told pharmacist will contact on the day or next day. My partner called to follow up no one called and no update on prescription from pharmacist. Pretty poor service to be honest I went private so I could get medicine quickly for my problem. But no one has contacted me or returned a call. No missed calls.

Not happy 3rd trip to leeds, first time I arrived to be left waiting half an hour and then be told the machine wasn’t working, no phone call to advise in advance, 2nd time had treatment, 3rd time yesterday left waiting 40 minutes no call to advise, had another appointment which I was late for due to this. The practitioner just says well can’t help it and we all have to sit in traffic

Keran was marvellous…warm, professional and understanding. Reception area could do with some input but my overall experience was excellent. Thank you.

Gaynor was absolutely amazing and I’m delighted with the results.

Ros was able to make me a very last minute appointment. Which I really appreciated as I was so pushed for time. Ellen Nurse Practitioner was so professional caring informative & offered really helpful advice. Would totally recommend Silvery Blue Nu V.
